  We have used them for years. Not one time were they rude or hurried us along. I can't invasion going anywhere else.

  Marsha and Pat were very considerate and helpful. They were willing to work with us in how the arrangements were makde and through the whole process. We were very satified with everything. Thank you for your compassion in this most difficult time.

  Caniff Funeral Home cremated my wife's mother without any written instructions or my wife's permission. Her brother Roger Lemaster lied on the Ohio Cremation form that he was the Executor, he was not, that he had written instructions, none exist, and that he told my wife which he did not and she would not have occurred anyway. My wife personally told Pat Caniff that neither she or her mother wanted cremation. During this phone conversation on March 19, 2009 Pat Caniff called my wife and said that there would be no services, and that the body was on the way to the crematory and has probably already been burned. Caniff Funeral Home catered to my wife's greedy and vindictive brother and sister wishes to cremate their mother to save money and were embarrassed about a lawsuit. Mr Caniff tried to cover up for the funeral's error by sending a bogus Kentucky Cremation Form to the Attorney General. This form was to have the signatures of all surviving adult children but my wife's signature was not on the form. She would never have approved of this cremation. Caniff has never offered an apology or explanation. I highly recommend that anyone in and around Westwood, Ky take their love ones to Preston Funeral Home.
